Omegas have a different sort of strength to them, a different power. Not one built for combat or even protection, but there's power there. To raise a family, care for an Alpha and bear them up when needed. Bobby had always said that Alphas may rule a pack, but a good Omega is what keeps the Alpha together to do so. Not something to be easily dismissed.
Gabriel is also strong enough to take Sam when he's not holding back, when his fingers are bruise-tight in his hips, working his knot into him hard and fast.
