A Choice
"So that's how you end this Sam." Lucifer has never looked quite so smug as he laid out his proposal. "Have sex with my brother and I'll make all of this go away."
"Lu, don't do this."
"He can do this my way Gabriel, or he can watch you die."
Gabriel turned away from the ruined face of his brother's vessel. He was willing to give up ending the world for the sake of breaking his heart, of destroying any chance Gabriel might have had with Sam. Tainting every future interaction with this.
"Sam.. just go. You don't have to do this."

"Sam.. just go. You don't have to do this."

Anything, as long as he can touch Sam like this, feel warm skin beneath his hands.
Gabriel kissed him again, a soft groan escaping him as he slid his hands down to Sam's waist.
no subject
Though the kiss? Definitely helping. He let out a soft noise of his own against his mouth. "I'm good," he murmured against his lips. "Just keep going. Let you know if we need to stop."
no subject
"Okay Sam. You tell me if we need to. I'll go easy."
Slowly he tugged off Sam's jeans, leaving his underwear on and taking a moment to run his fingers down all that bared skin. He was already so hard it hurt, straining his jeans, but he'd give Sam what time he could to get used to things.
no subject
Sam was far from a virgin, but he really can't remember the last time he's done this with someone who's seemed to care this much. Ruby hadn't really given a crap about him, the random hook ups here and there didn't care about him for more than a night. He can't remember the last time he's taken the time to really go slow and enjoy this.
Shifting underneath him, he lifted his hips to help him take off his jeans before settling back on the bed. He laid back, licking his lips as his eyes roamed over the angel above him. While he might resent the circumstances that led them here, his body was more than eagerly responding to the attention. He was hard already and glad to be rid of his jeans, breathing heavier still.
He moved in to work his mouth over Gabriel's neck, wanting to taste more of him, explore more while he could. Reaching between them, he palmed him through his jeans. The motion was a little awkward, not used to doing this to another guy, but there wasn't any hesitation there. "I'm not gonna break... stop worrying," he murmured, trying to reassure him.
no subject
He really was that breakable, and Gabriel couldn't forget that. Sam was mortal, fragile and however this played out, he had to keep him safe. Protect him.
"So I'm a worrier," he slid a hand beneath the waistband to wrap firmly around warm, heavy skin. "Sue me."
no subject
Though soon, he moved to undo Gabriel's jeans, pushing at them to get them down.
"Never would've pegged you as a worrier," he murmured, moving his head to chase him for a passionate kiss. He bit at his lower lip playfully, tugging at it. "God... keep going."
no subject
"Guess I'm full of surprises today, hm?"
Wiggling free of his jeans, Gabriel knelt between his legs, kissing the hollow of his hip before sliding his shorts down and off.
Oh Father help him. Sam is perfect. Beautiful. All long lines and curves of muscle.

One hand moved down to tangle through the angel's hair, brushing it back from his face. He shifted underneath him slightly, eyes raking over him. "Guess you are..."
And he was finding he didn't dislike the surprises so far.
no subject
"You have no idea how special you are," he whispered, kissing his hip and stroking him firmly. "How bright you shine."
He dipped his head forward, kissing the warm, smooth head before opening his mouth and taking him all the way in.
no subject
It's hard to argue when he has Gabriel's mouth sliding all the way down his length. His head falls back, a low groan leaving him. He bit his lower lip, muscles tensing slightly at the jolt of pleasure going along his nerves. "God, you don't have to..."
no subject
"I know. Want to though."
Another moment of simply savoring Sam's reaction before Gabriel started to stroke his inner thigh. "This might feel kinda weird at first. Just.. just breathe."
Slowly he pressed a magically slicked up finger against his entrance.
no subject
"Yeah..." His legs spread easily, welcoming what was going to come next. He could do this. He wanted to because this was a hell of a lot easier than any other option. He got save Gabriel along with it and that was important to him.
He tilted his head back, making himself relax against the finger. Weird, yeah, but it wasn't all that uncomfortable. He could handle it.
no subject
Impatient brother be damned, he wasn't going to rush Sam, had no intention of hurting him.
First one finger, then another as he began to relax into his touch.
"Y'okay?" He asked breathlessly.
no subject
His own voice was breathless, rough, as he tentatively rolled his hips, urging his body to adjust to the intrusion further. "Oh god..."
no subject
He dragged his tongue along him. "That's it.."
Shifting his position, Gabriel raised to kiss him gently. "You're gonna be okay, Sam. Promise."
no subject
And then it was time for more, huh? Sam brought up a hand to rest at the side of Gabriel's face, returning the kiss as he spread his legs wider. "You don't have to protect me," he reminded, again, softly.
"And it's okay... I want more. I want you." He was more than ready for more, even if it was something he wasn't experienced in. He was beyond turned on though and it was obvious Gabriel wanted more too.
no subject
He was working a third finger in when Sam spoke again and startled, Gabriel's eyes found his. He wasn't lying, there was only heat and want behind his eyes and it shocked gabriel to his core.
"Want you too Sam. So much."
no subject
His hands smoothed down over his back, pulling him even closer as he pushed against his fingers again, trying to take him in deeper. He panted against Gabriel's lips, blunt nails dug into his shoulders. "So take it, c'mon."
no subject
"I love you Sam," he murmured, slowly withdrawing his fingers and slicking himself up. "Gonna go slow, okay? Just.. just breathe."
And with another kiss, Gabriel lined himself up and slowly started to work his way in.
no subject
It was distracting enough for when he finally started to push in. He groaned lowly, his body stretching even wider around Gabriel. He breathed his name against his lips as one hand slipped down lower on the angel's back, pressing against the small of it to encourage him to keep going.
no subject
Slow and easy, Gabriel didn't stop until he was fully sheathed in Sam, wrapped in warm, snug heat. Tipping his forehead to Sam's, Gabriel took a moment to breathe. "Sam.."
no subject
They'd handle this later, like he said.
Right now, his focus was solely on how Gabriel felt against him, inside him. He felt stretched and full, almost too much. He was panting, breath hitching. Even with Gabriel staying still, it still felt overwhelming for a moment. The sound of his name drew him back into the moment though and his turned his attention to Gabriel. His thighs tightened around his hips and he rolled his own up. "Damn... that's-- different."
And not bad, the more he got used to it.

Later. Because right now, his focus is narrowed down to the bed to the warm, snug heat wrapped around him and the cadence of Sam's breath. Gabriel caught him in a slow kiss, chuckling against his lips as he drew back, slowly pushing back into him.
Sam. Wonderful, brave, kind Sam. As he started to set an easy pace, Gabriel didn't hold back, didn't hide anything. If anyone deserved to know that they were cared for, it was Sam.
no subject
Gabriel was taking his time, showing it meant something.
Sam was pretty sure he kinda didn't deserve it, all things considered, but he was drinking it up for the moment. It made being in a vulnerable position strangely more tolerable. His own hands moved restlessly over Gabriel, pulling him closer, holding him near as he started to follow the rhythm Gabriel was setting. He pressed his face against Gabriel's neck to muffle whatever noises rose up.
no subject
His vessel was smaller than Sam, but he still managed to hold him close, fingers stroking through his hair as he moved over him.
Gabriel doesn't remember calling his wings, but it was another way to gather Sam close, cradle him in warmth and affection, soft bronze and gold feathers brushing along his skin.
Rings of the Horsemen. They'll open the Cage. I'll help you shove him back in. A subtle thought planted directly into Sam.s mind. Because even with the Apocalypse off the table, Lucifer had to be contained.
